- How often do your books open & what days of the week are you available ? 

A : They open every 30 days & Monday-Friday only.

- Do you work weekends ?

A : Not at the moment, due to having a baby. Weekends won’t be available for a while, UNLESS I make a post for Saturday availability

-Where are you located ?

A : Downtown Waukegan Area

I’d like to address a few things in regards to booking an appointment with Lè 🤍

  • Any appointments wished to be booked before or after service hours (before 9:00am or after 5:00pm) will result in a $50 up charge on top of potential price of style inquired.

  • I will not respond to any messages or emails after 7:00pm Monday-Friday, or at all on any Sunday !

  • Questions and concerns will be answered the following morning or at my earliest convenience. I have my phone number online, so if or when texting please leave your name and style you’re looking to inquire about!

  • You must book online 3 days in advance from the date you’re looking to book for, as well as paying the $15 deposit due at the time of booking ! For example if you’d like to book for April 5th, you have until April 1st or 2nd to book before it is either booked by another person or no longer available to book online.

  • When selecting COLOR, if you would like more than 1 color you have to select the “streaks, peek-a-boo, skunk stripes” add-on. Failure to do so will result in an automatic upcharge. If NO color is selected at the time of booking, the default color will be 1B (natural black) so make sure to select your preferred color.

  • There will be no changes made in color, style, or add-ons the day of so please make sure you have everything you’d like before confirming the booking.

  • You are only allowed 1️⃣ reschedule within the same month, if you decide to reschedule into the following month it’ll result in another deposit being required.

  • Rescheduling must be done 48 hours in advance from scheduled appointment (it gives me time to possibly refill that date for another person)

  • When contacting me for questions or possible availability please keep in mind that 95% of the time I am with a client. I tend to give my undivided attention 100% to the client in my chair so I am unable to respond as you’d wish. Stopping to reply to messages takes time away from my client’s appointment and I would like to respect their time as much as they respect mine.
